| Ooowh, i love this one... Bruce Lee's first martial art... dude, check out Jeet Kune Do ^^ man, been a big bruce lee fan since i was younger.
Parkour is nice, but i prefer tricking ^^ i've got a video of me doing a black flip for the first time =p

This was a looong time ago, 2 years ago. A friend asked me to put it up on youtube so I did... Many improvements now though ^^ anyways chio, its awesome to hear tht you're into martial arts too... Muay thai is the new in thing for me now tho, its so damn violent... | |

| Mama's Corn Muffins Ingredients
1 cup Aunt Jemina Enriched Yellow Corn Meal 1/2 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup All purpose flour 1 cup Milk
4 tablespoon Sugar 1 Egg
4 teaspoon Baking powder 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions for Momma's Corn Muffins
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, egg, and oil. Beat until fairly smooth, about 1 minute. Bake in greased or sprayed muffin pan for 15 to 18 minutes or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Yields 12 muffins. These freeze very well if used within about a month. | |
